It doesn't matter if you’re the slowest and the last to finish the workout the support is even bigger then because everyone is cheering you on to get that last set finished especially when it’s lifting heavy weights as your last exercise! Blair is a visionary focused on holistic well-being, with a strong passion for personal growth. As the Head Trainer, he is dedicated to empowering others to demand more from their lives, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.
His fitness journey commenced in 2006, marking the beginning of his profound understanding of physical fitness. This journey took a significant turn in 2016 with a transformative Crossfit Internship, which further solidified his commitment to fitness. Following this experience, Blair served as Head Trainer until 2018.
In 2017, Blair took a pivotal step by launching Bsweat, a platform where he refined his fitness expertise. After three years of success, he returned to Perth in 2020. Beyond his professional pursuits, Blair is an enthusiast of various activities, including riding waves, savouring sour beer, and snowboarding.
Blair's dedication and commitment to fitness were recognised in 2022 when he became a Lululemon ambassador, a testament to his achievements in the fitness industry.
