HOW TO GET STARTED

1. COMPLETE THE FORM

Fill in the form so we can grab your details and send you the unique code to get signed up

2. JUMP ON A CALL

Because we want to know you and you know us. We go through a pre training screening call so we can better prepare the coaches and you for your first class.

3. JOIN THE GROUP FOR 5 DAYS

Attend as many coaching sessions as possible so you can get the full Bsweat experience and community.

4. AFTER YOUR 5 DAYS

Opt in for either a 6 week Shred, Group Classes or Personal Training and start with your Free 1 x 1:1 PT Session to dial in technique and your body.
