It's a 4 week long block of Personal Training, nutrition and accountability to propel you through the year with the tools to reach your true physical and mental capacity. You will start to see some epic results within the first 2 weeks, but this is more so a program to get you started on a great trajectory and gain some momentum. The first step is the hardest.
We start on Mondays but subject to availability, so you could be on a waitlist until one of our members finishes and transitions into classes.

We delivery the program on our Shred Skool, and if you would like extra motivation your welcome but not mandatory to jump in on the daily community group for your daily tasks.

That's ok your results don't stop so we work with you whilst your away with navigating, minimising and continuing the progress, or you can simply pause and jump straight back in when you return.
Not a problem, we pop your current membership on hold for the duration of the program
Absolutely opt for an upfront payment and save money. If cashflow's not so great atm then we do weekly payment plans.
Our Pt sessions can be any time you like starting from 5:00am until 7:00pm. Our preferred time to give you privacy in the studio is between 8:15am - 9:15am and 10:30-5:00pm, we also work offsite and can travel to you!
