Our Teens Training Club is specially designed to meet the unique physical and mental needs of young athletes aged 12–17, helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence that will last a lifetime.

We follow the school term so during holidays we take a break and train during the school semester.
That's ok all you do is fill out the membership hold form located on our website and let our team handle the rest, all we ask is you try get it in at least 7 days before.
Absolutely if you opt in for the membership option you'll save anywhere from $5 - $10 per session
